Exercise is something that is required for every individual. Though it is done for different purpose, the basic thing is that it is done to keep the body fit and stay away from diseases. It gives some sought of relaxation from stress, tension etc. Exercising should be done every day by an individual regularly at every stage of life and should be practiced properly. Exercise is also done for body building purpose and should be done with proper advice from a physical coach. Sometimes excess of exercises might lead to some other complication too. Diet is also important to be followed either during body building or when trying to reduce the weight.
